"The gentleman who called me first to initiate (didn't catch his name) was courteous, kind & patient. He then sent me to Zach for the close. Zach is amazing!! He spent over an hour with me on the phone, he never made me feel rushed or pressured.. Explaining everything in detail, answering all of my questions, very patient & genuine. Extremely informative.
