Sales Opportunity OverviewThe Lindsay Quigley-Sapanaro State Farm team is seeking a qualified professional to join their winning team as an Insurance and Financial Services licensed agent. Seeking an energetic, professional, detail-oriented, and organized individual with a positive attitude, growth mindset, and coachability, passionate about driving business growth through value-based conversations and exceptional customer experiences. .Responsibilities
  • Prospect to new and current database.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships to drive sales growth.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall business goals.
  • Follow up with leads and manage sales pipeline effectively.
  • Collaborate with the team to refine sales strategies and improve customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Coachable - Able to quickly apply coaching and adapt in real-time with openness to feedback.
  • Ask for referrals and reviews.
  • Always conduct yourself professionally.

Requirements
  • Have your Property/Casualty & Life/Health Insurance licenses in Arizona with non-resident licenses for California, Colorado, and New Mexico.
  • Obtain an agreement with State Farm within the first two weeks of employment by completing all State Farm training.
  • Coachable - Able to quickly apply coaching and adapt in real-time with openness to feedback

Compensation $35,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
