Sales Opportunity OverviewThe Lindsay Quigley-Sapanaro State Farm team is seeking a qualified professional to join their winning team as an Insurance advisor (property/casualty/life/disability/health supplement/medicare supplement/banking products) - inbound sales or outbound sales. Inbound sales need to be willing to service our customers with a positive mindset and attitude focusing on solutions and positivity! Seeking an energetic, professional, detail-oriented, and organized individual with a positive attitude, growth action, coachable, passionate about driving business growth through value-based conversations and exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements

Have your Property/Casualty & Life/Health Insurance licenses in Arizona with non-resident licenses for California, Colorado, and New Mexico.
Obtain an agreement with State Farm within the first two weeks of employment by completing all State Farm training.
Coachable - Able to quickly apply coaching and adapt in real-time with openness to feedback
